If you don’t get response then wait patiently. After 72h you should try another appeal via instagram’s official email. Hope it’ll work

Its not possible without paying to an expert about this, that too for your Niche which is pretty difficult to unban already.

Just reappear and if that doesn't work then create a new account. Nobody here can help you reinstate your account because no one here is in IG's support team. Therefore you should be careful of scammers who will lie to you that they can reinstate your account.

Always use Instagram official appeal system and regularly check your email for any response. If the account was banned for adult content recovery depends on how severe the violation was and whether there were repeat issues. Avoid any third party unban or recovery services as they are often scams.

If Meta has permanently disabled the account for policy violations, there is usually no official way to force unban it and anyone offering paid unban services is almost always a scam.

One thing you can do it increase the speed of the process is by contacting meta through another account, and then letting them know that your other account got suspended, and to check the status of the appeal application. Another thing you can do if you really need the account active is to get meta verified and then contact the support team.

If the appeal is still open, I’d wait a bit longer. Some reviews take much longer than people expect or re-submit another case

If the account was disabled by Instagram, I'd be very cautious about paying anyone who claims they can get it unbanned. There are a lot of recovery scams out there, and many people end up losing money without getting their account back.
If you've already submitted an appeal, the main thing you can do is wait for a response and make sure you monitor the email linked to the account. Sometimes reviews take longer than expected. If Instagram requests ID verification or additional information, respond through the official channels only.
Out of curiosity, was the account permanently disabled, suspended, or just restricted? The exact message Instagram showed can make a big difference in what options are available.

do not give money to any service promising an unban guarantee bcz most of these so called recovery people are simply expploiting desperate players. if ur case is still in process let it take some time nd make sure that u stay clean on any other accounts you might have created.

If it’s a ban for sexual content, it’ll be hard to get it restored manually on your own. Some bans can be fixed by contacting Meta and requesting a manual review, but this doesn’t always work (and when it does, it’s usually only for some types of Account Integrity unbans).
In the future, if your account gets suspended and you have the option to appeal via a selfie or ID verification, do it. It works much better than just requesting a re-review. It doesn’t guarantee a positive outcome - since these in-app appeals are often rejected or get stuck like yours did - but it does increase your chances.

The problem that often requires SMS verification is that it would require a lot of mobile numbers... so a good, low-cost SMS receiving service would be needed, but there aren't any around.

Have. You can absolutely try to recover your account yourself without paying for any “unlocking service”. In fact, if an account is disabled for adult content, I will prioritize a formal appeal process before paying any third party.
