Hello

I'm going to buy scrapebox in the next few days, but I have some questions.

My processor won't let me use virtualization on my PC (Quad core, 4GB RAM). Is it a big risk not to run scrapebox in a virtual PC? I preferred to run it in a virtual PC, but when I use virtualbox, it can only use 1 core and 1500MB RAM.

Will I be able to run 2 programs at the same time? (scrapebox and sick submitter)

About the speed of the blog commenter of scrapebox, what is the average needed time to post on about 1000 blogs?

You can use VMware instead of virtual PC (virtualization is only needed for virtual PC).

I run all BH tools in VMware except SB.

Yes you can run 2 programs at a time (will depend on setting and internet speed).

Speed can be from a few seconds to a few minutes. It all depends on what kind of proxies you use and how many threads you are running and of course on the internet speed.

I wasn't really talking about the program "virtual PC". I used virtualbox and I only can use 1 core and 1500mb RAM. I need virtualization to be able to use more cores. Can I use multiple cores with VMware while my processor don't support virtualization?

Why don't you run scrapebox in VMware?

i run vmware with scrapebox. yes you can change how many cores it uses inside of the settings, yes you can run 2 programs at once. the best way to get the comments to stick is to either do the slow commenter or run it over a few thousand blogs. i personally do the slow commenter. sometimes i mess with the fast commenter but not too often.

Why would you want to run SB on virtual machine? It's clean. Unless you are trying to run more than one SB at the same time, it's easy and you don't need virtual machine. You can copy the whole folder SB is in (ex. copy the folder called Scrapebox1) and paste it there and name it Scrapebox2 and open SB in Scrapebox2 and you'll have 2 SB's opened, do more if you want to

Ok thanks. I'll take a look into VMware but I doubt I'll be able to choose the amount of cores to use.
My processor Core 2 Quad Q8200 doesn't allow virtualization.

Because it visits thousands of website so it's very possible I'll receive a virus from one of the websites. But there isn't really a big risk in your opinion?

I've been using SB for months, visited over thousands maybe at least a million of sites and haven't had any problem with virus/spyware/etc but I guess if you really want to be careful, go for it, use virtual machine. I just don't think it's really necessary

Ok thank you very much!

Another question:
For what features proxies are necessary?
I'm quite sure for scraping, but is it also necessary for posting? I have a dynamic IP so I can change it whenever I want.

it is necessary if you use the slow commenter though
