I’m new to TikTok and I’m trying to learn what type of content is easiest for a beginner to grow with. What type of videos are working well for new accounts right now? Also, is it better to focus on one type of content or try different things at first?

I’ve noticed that food-related content attracts a lot of viewers; you should start by making short videos on that topic.

tutorial type videos in one niche, they get saves and rewatches and tiktok search keeps feeding them views for months, I recommend test a few styles ur first 20 videos then stick with what hits, random posting just confuses the algorithm about who to show u to

Start with a few different formats to see what get best retention and engagement then double down on the style that performs consistently.

review or comment or provide your opinion on current events, new films, books, literally everyone has an opinion about everything. if still no ideas, just think what do you tell your friends over and over and feel excited about. just say the same things to social media.

Social videos are the absolute best for me getting views
even if they are stupid, it's just so relatable
and it gets views no matter what

yeah for beginners short videos with useful or entertaining content usually work best and just keep testing and stay consistent.

Football / Soccer
Fashion - Old money style
Banking - Credit Cards

“day in my life” can be a good beginner niche, just show something like a specific personality/theme.

I’m still trying to figure this out myself lol. I feel like it’s probably better to test a few things first instead of sticking to one type right away. Then just see what actually gets views.

Do not rushes into every new trend. choose a topic that you could speaks about all the time, use various hooks and check how much your audience could be interested in watching the your video to the end.

Pick one niche and test a bunch of formats within it. Don’t overthink the first videos, just post enough to figure out what people actually respond to and build from there.

Actually the easiest type of content to generate is that which can be explained or demonstrated within 20 to 30 seconds. focus on one topic have some fun with your hooks and formatting and see what works for u well !

Different formats can reveal what suits the account best. Once one style starts outperforming the others, there’s your direction
