dont bother with this time waster
ordered 20 gmail accounts
he delivered them but i told him its asking for google auth and after trying the first 2 accounts both were disabled and 2 step verification isnt working
I had to go on a trip so i set it aside thinking he would login him self to check and i waited at least 3 weeks and asked him if he will be replacing them and he tells me that its 48 hour warranty
The clown cant even back up his own product, whats the point of ordering aged accounts if they are
1- not going to work
2- die after 3 weeks?
I dont even want my money back, i just want him to deliver what was promised
be aware
I have screenshots of the accounts disabled and our convo on telegram if proof is needed
cheers
A Clarification Regarding This Order
I would just like to respectfully clarify the situation, as I believe some important details may have been misunderstood.
The 20 Gmail accounts were purchased on
July 21. When the customer first informed me that there was an issue with an account, I immediately asked how many accounts were affected. At that time, only one screenshot was provided, showing a Google verification/2FA screen.
It also appeared that the customer was not familiar with how to log in when Google Authenticator was required. For that reason, I took the time to explain the login process and provided instructions on how to complete the verification and access the account.
After providing those instructions, I did not receive any further confirmation from the customer regarding whether the accounts were successfully logged in or exactly how many accounts were experiencing problems.
The customer contacted me again on
August 11, while our stated replacement period is
72 hours from delivery. Our policy is that if an account has a problem within that period, we are always willing to replace or resolve the affected account according to our warranty terms.
I also want to clarify that the screenshots provided do not demonstrate that all 20 accounts were disabled. They show a verification/2FA screen and an account-disabled screen, but there is no evidence in the conversation showing that all 20 accounts had the same issue.
Gmail accounts can also be used for many different purposes, and their security or stability can be affected by factors such as login activity, usage patterns, verification attempts, and the environment in which they are used. Unfortunately, I cannot know how the accounts were being used after delivery.
My intention is not to argue with the customer. I simply want to provide the actual conversation and timeline so that everyone can understand the situation fairly. I have attached the screenshots of our conversation for transparency.
We always try our best to assist our customers and resolve legitimate issues within the stated replacement period. I believe the screenshots will allow everyone to make their own fair judgment based on the complete context.
