But too much competition I am seeing a lot of digital marketing agencies tilting towards dedicated marketing for peptides, I know seems too good to be true - they charge you and leave you in the middle. Meta ads with cloaked account is working

Your best bet would be jumping straight into ads, peptides is a pretty competitive niche and organic ranking is pretty much unachievable at this point. Atleast not in a sense that it would make a large difference.

It’s not, forget (on page) SEO for peptides, cloaking + ads is the way to go. Spending months trying to rank organically through SEO only for some competitor to parasite SEO with a churn n burn domain to knock you back to 3rd page.
