The rules are there to protect buyers, sellers, and members. I noticed you tried to reply to a "random internet stranger on the corner" somewhere on the forum, that you thought had a working method just cause they said so as a noob.
You're not meant to contact people like this as majority can be/are scammers, looking for a DM. So its protecting you. You should only be looking for solutions from those with proven track records, that are upgraded members.
The most useful things on this site i feel are asking questions and reading answers. That don't require 15 posts.
(don't try to DM random small message count "experts" with no credentials other than a bad ad, just because they claim)
