Any idea how to talk to human support/a live agent on Facebook?

I have been trying for a whole month now to talk to human support, but they are impossible to reach.
My issue is quite complex and AI chat is unable to solve it. Have literally spent hours writing with AI chat.

first thing, there is NO facebook support phone number, every number you find on google or in groups is a scam, dont call any of them, real options, run a 5$ ad campaign so you count as an "eligible advertiser", then business support home unlocks live chat with an actual human who can escalate internally. plan b is meta verified for one month (15$), gets you a chat human but theyre weak on complex cases

I’ve had better luck going through Meta Business Support rather than the regular Facebook help pages. If the live chat option appears for your account, use that and keep the issue short and specific. Unfortunately, getting a human agent isn’t guaranteed and depends on the account.

the guaranteed way to reach a live support agent is through meta Verified (for personal/business profiles) or via meta ads Manager support by starting a live chat for an active ad account. If the automated bot answers initially, keep selecting options like "Issue not resolved" or request an agent escalation to force the system to transfer you to a human

You can only talk to the live support if you are using Meta Business or ads on your account.

yesh that is indeed frustrating. however it would be best if u were brief in describing ur problem when submitting a support request nd u should always indicate what u have tried so far. At times, sending ur request through a different channel or cattegory may work well for you. If there is an opportunity for escalation take advantage of it.

Try using the meta business Suite instead of the regular help Center route especially for an account that has ad spending history. in fact thats when the option of live chat becomes more readilly available.

to have access to the live chat on Meta Ads u must Get Meta Verified for one month or do a mini ad campaign. this is basically the only way that will work in order to talk to a human being to be honest.
