I'm curious: what was the one mistake that ultimately taught you something valuable and changed the way you approach your work?
 
The biggest lesson for me was to test little things first what seems like a good idea on paper may not be so good in the marketplace.
 
It taught me that good work isn’t just about working harder—it’s about having a clear process, setting realistic expectations, and consistently focusing on what actually moves the project forward. Since then, I’ve become much more deliberate about planning, communication, and quality control before delivering anything.

scaling too quickly before knowing what actually worked.

Now I test small, find the winning approach first, then put more budget into it.
