For me, probably my phone and procrastination. I can start with “just checking one thing” and somehow lose an hour scrolling. Coffee would probably be a close third.

Sugar and soda are definitely tough habits to break, though. Coke Zero at least saves you from all the added sugar, even if it doesn't exactly make it health food.
