yes everythink is easy if you know how to do it

especially goole is fighting against link networks and google is also registrar, so its easy to check the whois information including the whois history...
if you like to run a linknetwork ther are al lot of litle premises to follow... there are so many stupid peanuts to leave a footprint and be detected... per example if you start with 20 domains for a niche:
-dont use the same tempate and system
-dont use the same contact information
-use diffrend url/link architecture
-dont link the domains one below the other
-use diffrend incoming links dont use the same resources every domain needs unique backlinks
-dont use the same pictures, names and alt tags
-dont use the google services like adsense, analytics and so on
-use diffrent metatags author, copyright, publisher
-vary title, description and keys on each domain
-every domain must look like a unique projekt
-dont use the same provider even though he gif you diffrend ip and nameserver
-rewrite/mask your affiliate links with php and dissalow them in the robots.txt
-use diffrend names for css classes ans stylsheeds
there are definitely more points to account but with my nyc taxi driver english it is not so easy to explain
