Looking for - experienced WP Dev

I run an online store that deals in peptides and other grey market pharmaceuticals. I wanted to make my own website store front and have partially done so on localwp using elementor, wpbakery and woocommerce. I have product list, skus and prices done and have photos for all the products but have decided I would rather someone more experienced design the actual website as it looks bad. I can pay via crypto and have a very reasonable budget range for the right candidate.

Discretion is paramount, i would like it developed and sent to me as a file that I can open and tweak in localwp and I will host it myself at a later date, payment gateway etc does not need to be done as I will host my own btcpay server.

I can provide references of some similar websites that I like, the full product database, all product pictures, some artwork and logos and some ai concepts of roughly how I would like it to look.

Before I put together a quote - a couple of questions so I scope this right:

1. Are the products you're selling FDA-approved / prescription pharmaceuticals, or are they sold as "research chemicals" / not for human consumption?
2. Is the business registered as a legal entity, and do you have supplier documentation (COAs, sourcing info) for what you're selling?
3. What's driving the crypto-only + self-hosted payment setup - privacy preference, or because a standard processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) wouldn't approve the account?
