Is it just me or anyone else that client demand are higher than their payout.

Recently I had a client came and he good with my work but as I started my work firstly he started teasing out some things that were good and at last he said that he was expecting better. Like bro look at the price you are paying!! and the work you demand after that I started getting my payment after the work was done so that the payment can be according to the client demand.Is it just me who got to clash with these typo client?!

Yeah this happens The expectations can change once the work starts which is why having the scope and payment agreed beforehand is really important

Broke clients doing broke things lmfao, the more expensive you bill people, the more quality customers you get. Simple as.

Personnaly, that's the reason i always ask the price worth my time, not what the client's expecting. Paying less for something doesn't automatically make people accept what they don't think it's their money

Happens a lot. Some clients have unrealistic expectations regardless of the budget.

I usually make the scope and revisions clear upfront, so there's less room for "I expected better" later.

yeah i had clients like this too. They keep adding more and more stuff but still wants to pay the same. I started the settings. which avoids most of this.

The issue I see is if you do think the pay is too low for the job just don't accept it. It is very likely that the client doesn't have a clue how much it costs, so by accepting the job you are confirming his expectations.
