ISP ip quality is not good and they dont refund but they replaced the ip but still all the ips are high Fraud Score. Can't do anything about this.

We use IP2Location as our main reference source. The proxy you received is clean — 0 fraud score and marked as ISP / fixed line on IP2Location. Different databases often report different scores, so a high score on another checker doesn't mean the IP is actually problematic where it counts.
