$1k per month is just residual income from you spam sites if you are good at SEO.
People think SEO is cheap and end up hiring chinese newbie to do their work.

Hey mates don't be unfair, it might be an easy job, an expert just needs minutes to resolve. In this case his offer could be interesting for someone. Good SEO does not need to be expensive always.

A SEO is there to get you top rankings; making it popular is a question of your content - nothing to do with SEO.
