A small budget is enough to test Bing Ads. It may not give the same traffic as Google, but it can still bring some good results if you find the right niche.

I do agree with that also people that use bing tend to be in anothre age range and other cities

Yes, Bing Ads works great for us because cost per click is much cheaper and desktop conversion rates are solid.
