Hello everyone,

I would love to get your honest thoughts and appraisal on this expired domain:
LadiesOfCharityNashville.org

• TF: 18 / CF: 15 (Perfect Balance)
• Live RD: 151 Fresh Referring Domains
• Wayback History: 100% Clean US Charity (No spam)

Does this domain have a good value for a PBN or SEO project? How much do you think it is worth in the current market?

Thanks in advance!

TF18 is pretty modest for PBN use you’d want to check what those 151 referring domains actually are in Ahrefs since CF and TF alone don’t tell the full story.

Thanks for your feedback!

I already checked it on Semrush and it has a 100% Natural Profile score, which confirms the links are clean. Also, Wayback history shows it was a totally legit local US charity with zero spam redirection or past misuse.

I appreciate your advice regarding Ahrefs, will look into that
too!

For SEO only, I would not value it too high unless the remaining links are really relevant and still alive.
Thank you guys for the insights! To clear things up, the Wayback history is 100% clean and pristine as it was an authentic local US charity organization with zero spam. Furthermore, the backlinks are extremely well-preserved and stable, meaning that out of 158 historic referring domains, 151 are still active and live, representing a 95% link retention rate. On top of that, Semrush officially rates this domain with a 100% Natural Profile score, proving that every single backlink is completely organic and clean. Given these solid metrics, how much do you value it for a quick sale?

@nicenic Thank you for your feedback! Actually, I am quite new to the domain flipping industry and want to test this business model. My strategy is to hunt for clean expired domains with solid SEO metrics (Wayback clean, balanced TF/CF, natural profiles) and sell them quickly for a budget price like $50 for a fast flip. Do you think this is a viable and profitable approach for a beginner? I would highly appreciate your professional advice!
