hey, I'm looking for a tool that automates the backlink outreach for my business

I don't want to manually be selecting sites, finding contact details, sending emails and follow ups to not get a single response

is there a tool to automate this process end to end? so I can chat with the prospect once he replied back?

thanks

This is nearly impossible. Automated outreach will be seen as spam on first sight. Gotta do this one manually or a really well configured AI agent.

Reputation helps with deliverability sure, but if the scraping is bad the replies will still be zero. if you automate the site finding part you end up pitching irrelevant blogs... you can link scrapebox or ahrefs export to something like instantly or snovio via make or zapier but you really need to filter the targets first. even a quick manual check saves your domain reputation from getting trashed. if you just blast everyone you will lose that good reputation in a week.

My pal actually built a tool for everything OP mentioned, and it worked perfectly.
I know this because he actually gave me access to it so I could test it out for him and share my feedback on things he could improve

I think he built the tool more for personal use within the agency though... I don't think it's for public use

So, just having that in mind, I feel it's very possible to have and if OP can't find an existing one, they could possibly hire someone to build it for them

I'd be more Worried about list quality than sender reputation. If the same outreach keeps missing the right people, even a Perfect inbox won't change the outcome.

Would probably make a fortune selling outreach services and using the tool to finish the job in an instant

Outlink AI – End-to-end automation: finds websites, discovers contacts, sends personalized outreach, follows up automatically, and hands conversations to you when someone replies.

looks too vibecoded

Right now my hosting is maxed for resources with 20-23 simple lead generation websites. Many the same, different .com and website per niche around the same service. The license info has to be duplicate content because face it the disclosures I put on every page.Dont feel like buying another Hosting or expaning my subscription this moment though it seems needed. Save your "mirrrors"/backup with plugin if possible. My website skills have grown more lately with practice, SKILL being a keyword here. I feel more skilled in the WP mechanics than SEO though I have seen some of these services and packages, I prefer to buy. Buy 2-3 years on your domain is my suggestion.

Interlinking, Im told mine is terrible. Guest Posts are quite evergreen and I have a handful of methods from my research.
Anyways if I had one website I might go through LinkChest lifetime I have and do the 192 links plus buy a citations pack. Parasite sites I hear dont work like before, PBNs require hosting and other changes with each update. Clicks on my local sites arent great, some I bought and others I made. Lost hosting lifetime, went insolvent couple times.
Could do or hire VA/freelancer.

Now automated outreach I seen software advertising called some BabyLoveGrowth, for trading backlinks. The GSA software company has some link software worth mentioning. Authority niche website can buy link though maybe spread you dollars in a process. News network aggregation for press releases. IFTT ring I have on one site.

If I was focusing one website it would have Google Business because that gives a huge advantage not only in website rank juice with EMD that I have seen. I count what works, though Im not an SEO "Expert" I can do on basic on-page SEO on my articles from some course skills. The updates are loco and this space is declining though SEO is huge, theres also Voice search and the AI Chatbot optimization.

There are a few tools that can help automate most of the process, but honestly none of them can reliably handle everything end to end. I'd look into Respona or BuzzStream. They can automate the prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups while still letting you jump in once someone actually replies.

yes there are so many tools that can help automate backlink outreach like finding websites and sending emails and followups so that you can check replies yourself and continue the conversation when someone responds.

In my view, the hard part is not sending email, but to find the right website nd make sure that the whole outreach proces is relevant. an automated system will definitely save you some time, but poor targeting will simply be ignoed.

I think the main bottleneck is still finding gud prospect , not sending email . automation can save time, but bad targeting just turn into spam.

You could also rent out the tool if it's that good. A subscription based model would be ideal and you will be creating another source of income from the tool.

If it's really worth it, you can either automate with an AI agent or just vibe code something yourself (ex: Genspark, Claude co-work with MCP/connectors).

But is that outreach really worth it? I'm working on multiple projects and never wanted to outreach to anyone. I tried once, never liked it. It's much easier doing tiered link building and building automation links daily.

I do not think there is a fully automated solution that works well at scale If someone has real experience with one I would be interested to hear about it

Oh yeah... that might be something I could inform him about. That would actually be nice

But what I could guess might be the reason for not even listing it out is probably because, once he that happens then management and maintenance coming into place, I'm not sure that's something he might want to start dealing with himself

But then, if it wouldn't be much of a hassle to have someone manage all that, then it would actually be a pretty good source of income for him to have

I will ask about the tool again and then chip in with your idea. It's actually been a couple of months now since I tested it, so I hadn't really followed up on it.

I have not found any fully automated link building tool that consistently produces high quality results. Most of the good links I have earned still come from manual outreach, relationship building, and creating useful content.

I never had luck with manual outreach and I had a SaaS service which automate everything but never had luck. Anyway I had somewhat success and I am very new to SEO. Currently I am using GSA Search Engine Ranker combining with buffer sites and premium link list I could rank top 10 on DuckDuckGo where I get major traffic and Google on top 20. So I guess it works

Yes, tools like Respona can automate almost the entire backlink outreach process. It finds relevant websites, gets contact details, sends personalized emails, and handles follow-ups automatically. You only need to step in when a prospect replies and the conversation becomes personal. This saves time and removes most of the manual work.
