Choosing the wrong niche is the biggest mistake. You start with the wrong footing, you go with the hobby, what instests you and later it turns out there is no money, high competition or high ymyl and whole thing falls apart.

Interesting take, but from what I have seen, consistency kills more blogs than niche choice does. People chase the perfect niche for weeks, finally pick one, then vanish after 5-6 posts when traffic doesn't show up.

from running my own blog n seeing client sites, biggest mistake i see is ppl treating ai content as the finish line instead of the starting point. they generate a post, publish it as is, move to next keyword, no internal linking strategy no updating old posts no actual promotion just pure publish n pray. consistency matters yea but consistently publishing unedited ai slop isnt the win ppl thinks it is, id rather see someone publish half as often but actually distribute/promote each post n build on wat already rank

In my opinion, the main misconception regarding this proces is that it will take the place of the whole proces of seo. It will surely make it easier for you but without conducting adequate research nd editing, along with internal linking, it will not be succesful at all.

Good points, consistency and internal linking are definitely two of the biggest ones I see too. I won't claim to have the full picture since so much depends on niche and execution, but those two alone probably explain a big chunk of why beginners stall out.

the most common error for me is the belief that using ai eliminates the need to use strategy. Many now comers just write plain articles and ignore user intent, marketing and building credibility.
