Competitor keep on getting fake reviews

Hey guys, for the past 2 months i've been keeping an eye on a particular competitor who keeps getting fake reviews. They got 1 in the last year and 100+ new for the past 2-3 months now. I know they are fake, because majority of them have no pfp, only 1 review and look sketchy. So what I did was, I reported them all manually couple of times, but nothing happened. Seems like google just doesn't care. What should I do ?

Thats my gameplan for now, but it's been more than 2 months now and google still hasn't hit them. Wondering if there is anything I can do. Otherwise why not everybody start withe fake reviews.

In my experience, reporting 100 reviews individually rarely gets the best result. A structured case with examples, dates, and clear reasons why the reviews appear fake has a better chance of being reviewed. Also make sure your own review strategy remains strong because competitors’ tactics are not always sustainable.

I know its good to know you competitors but can you just focus on building your own business and i am sure if its actually a fake review as you said google will surely make some move so leave them for now

Who should I send this case to, and what is the best way to submit it? Is there a dedicated email address or support channel for these types of reports?

google is very slow with fake reviews. i report few before and nothing happened.

my advice, don't waste too much time on them. Keep getting real reviews from customers. In long run that always works better.

Nothing will happen. Maybe 1 or 2 will get removed. It's not worth your time.

Try to outshine him!
