Nutting in the bath is weird because it just floats on top and then you wipe yourself with nut juice.

That's not skin. That's most probably dirt. It usually happens because of dust particles in the air. It's better to use a scrubber to get rid of all the dirt if you don't bath daily. The pile up of dirt can block pores or cause skin infections.
