How can I contact YouTube in order to ask them questions about my channel ?

I need to talk to YouTube about some troubleshooting with my channel.
I can see the “Send Feedback” button on the YouTube Studio page.
Do they reply through “Send Feedback” option ?
Or should I contact them using other ways ?

Send feedback is mainly for reporting issues, but you usually wont get a direct reply for support, use youtube creator support if its available for your channel

You can contact creator support.You have to go to the youtube studio then contact them directly.

Otherwise the help community can also be surprisingly useful. if your channel qualifies YouTube creator support is better option. From my experience the send feedback option mainly for reporting bugs and you usually wont receive direct replay.

I tried with YouTube Creator Support and I could have a chat with them. Thanks for all the replies

Usually using Send Feedback to contact them. But I'm not sure whether they gonna answer your question if they don't want to answer your question at the beginning. Hard to say they are not gonna reply your in Feedback.

Creator support is the one you should use. I don't know if they will reply from the "send feedback" option.
