Sometimes I feel I should just uninstall everything related to games, social media and do not watch anything, it's just eating the time I could be using to grow my businesses
i totally disagree with this, you should not be totally involved in these things but there should be something in life to relax your mind and enjoy some timeSometimes I feel I should just uninstall everything related to games, social media and do not watch anything, it's just eating the time I could be using to grow my businesses
If he wears a cute anime dress and heart eye contact lens I wont need the soap.Don't worry about it Andrew, you have enough free time on jail, just be careful with the soap during your bath
Firstly, games are for fun.If you have free time then you can play games.Secondly, social media is very effective if you use them properly. For example, you can make your own content or sell some products on social media.Thirdly, watching good movies can make your knowledge more strong. If you can pick the positive ones then you can do a lot of good things.Sometimes I feel I should just uninstall everything related to games, social media and do not watch anything, it's just eating the time I could be using to grow my businesses
Yes, I feel like that. But I'm a bull, no burnout will affect meOh bro i have the same problem. On the other hand, working on business all the time can lead to burnout. But I cannot do much about it because the anxiety is always there. It feels like you are missing something and other people are getting ahead of you, even though everyone moves at their own pace and we all need some rest.
Watching reels is 100% brain rot
Games are a much better way to relax, in my opinion. The problem is that I do not really know how to rest. Other hobbies just do not interest me, so I usually end up working again and going back to business
Sometimes I am going to the ocean or to the park near me, but honestly i dont manage to relax.
That's what I think. In most cases, just a whole waste of time, exception for people who can really control themselves (minority, most people just binge watching on series, engage on endless discussions on social about their football team or compulsively burn their free time scrolling on useless videos).Social media is a big waste of time indeed. Video Games as well, but if used as rewards, it can be helpful, but it should be controlled well. Same for movies.
Sports, like watching football all the times, following all the leagues ... it's a biiiiiiiiiig waste of time. For me, I watch only big tournaments like world cup, and only big matches.
for videos, I'd avoid shorts/reels at all costs. biiig waste of time as well.
