Done eCommerce since 2010, it has been a small cashflow. Got more serious about it a while back with a single distributer buying wholesale from, then tried a Dropship plugin and scaled to $1400 a month gross which was a meager $140+ net or so as I recall, though it lost me my account kind of with all the cancellations/refunds (rate) ruining my account around time of sale, meaning I got only a fraction of what I could have on exit.
Looking to re-enter with more wholesale Branded/PLR on AMZ plus General Store (Stripe). Probably need to come in with some inventory capital and do Amazon Wholesale because Im not paying the warehouse fulfillment rates when I can do it myself 5-10 minutes per fulfillment where it doesnt cost me $13 to stuff an envelope.
In high ticket local services, with B2B outreach/phone tools and my LTD collection Im hoping to scale with automated systems. Affiliate never earned much from with my direct link attempt, nor my list of links though theres many marketing channels to test with. I did find one affiliate program that is a B2B evergreen where it gets lots of clicks, its good to test (was on a Contact Form campaign).
I incorporate many different profit points into my business, my app has 9+ ways for me to earn from upsells/subscription. License = barrier to entry.
-Application (Yeah SaaS is cool, but you need to eat while scaling those!), Website Network, Classifieds
Was contemplating more local services in the form of a mobile business center, though I think I will take those best offers and just make offer chain on newsletter fed by B2B methods. Not sure on the trend of the real estate market right this minute, though I would like to buy a commercial duplex, to lease one and operate in the other.
So yeah it all works, I even took 2 weeks to setup freelancer accounts though the cost of bids and time involvement have stopped my arbitrage attempts on those platforms, for now. I think the international competition here is thick, same with Fiverr for services. Those I did get messaging me were largely tirekickers or something worse.
