how to search the job platform based in U.S.

now I am trying to fine some finny and exciting job platform that most people don't know.

I'd skip the big job boards and look for niche ones instead. Startup job boards and company career pages usually have less competition and better opportunities than Indeed or LinkedIn.

Monster.com yeah that the top job board. Indeed and dice.
Dice is for contractual jobs. Start here, fake your resume put 6 years 8 years nobody cares everybody does. Once you got 1-2 years or sold contractual job experience find a full time job.
Evey job in usa requires work authorization or employer can go to jail so they will not hire you if you are not citizen, green card or have work visa. On site or remote doesn't matter.

You can do gigs fiverr, va, bhw no one cares as long as you are not employed.

Try Wellfound , Otta , Contra , CoolWorks , Escape the City, and Work at a Startup . You’ll find them a bit more low-profile than LinkedIn , with interesting openings and less head-to-head rivalry. Sometimes the roles there feel more niche, and it’s easier to stand out.
