You said it would take 7-12 days to get at least 2 of my orders complete with reports and the other 3 during the course of September. It is now day 14 and still no reports?

We are doing our best to meet deadlines. We just have so much orders pouring in at the moment, you are in the queue and may have your first reports before Monday.
In some case others wait for a month for their reports. We will get them done, slowly and surely we will.

I have ordered a package in June ,and it was well done,except the video not done.You said you will looking for a new guy to do my video ,but now almost 2 months passed ,i not got my video report.Wondering when you can do my video.

Yes I am still taking orders, right now the doors are closed since we can only accommodate so many at a time, but to those that reserved their spot they will be PM with when the time comes for taking in orders again. Probably by next week we can take in 4-6 orders again.
What you did of posting for your spot to get the ticket is what we just need ok.

It has now been 27days since I ordered and I have received 1 incomplete report (no videos).
Please let me know whats cooking with my 5 orders.

Nothing to worry about, we are just loaded, your second order is coming and we already go the video too coming up. since I lowered the price we have been getting tons of orders and we will hit the nearest deadlines to all of them soon, some orders got near a month for them to come in and get finish up, but we will finish them. we even give bonuses along the way by adding up more links than we listed to compensate for the slight delays.
