Now they are asking for ID verification and selfie verification.

What can I do now?

this may occur even when the user is a real one since facebook has systems to identify abnormal behaviiors. i would complete my verification process make sure all the information provided by me is correct nd not try to change anythiing else until the veriffication is completed.

facebook usually asks for this after suspicious activity complete the verification and make sure your account details are accurate.

have you appealed successfully? normally, when facebook requires for selfie verification, we need to do that.
