The shoutout/collab feature on my Instagram account got deactivated how can i go about recovering it
its seriously affecting my sales funnel below are the attached files for reference

Just tap the option, usually Request review is over there. This will make ig support take a look in what happened. But if the option isn't there, you could try through help.instagram.com

Click Features you can't use in Account Status and see if there's an option to Request a review or Appeal. If there is, it's worth submitting one. Sometimes that's enough to get the feature restored.

You have to write to there support and appeal to them

That usually happens when IG flags your account for spam or community policy violations from doing too many collab requests or tagged posts in a short time.

Check your Account Status first to see if there's an active violation you can appeal. If there's no official option to appeal, stop all collab/tagging activity for 7 to 14 days to let the soft lock expire. Sometimes switching to a Professional/Creator account (or toggling it off and on) can also push the feature to refresh.

You can request a review based on those features; otherwise, there is nothing else you can do, as your account might be undergoing a scan and has been flagged for some error.
