I spent $100 on Myspace Ads in 2026. Here’s what happened.

The CPC was dirt cheap, but the "users" are... interesting. Has anyone else tried extracting traffic from here lately, or am I just burning money for nostalgia?

I've never run ads on MySpace. Instead, I've grown my presence by creating niche-specific content. My posts still get pretty good engagement, so I believe MySpace is still an active and worthwhile platform.

Although Myspace isn't as active as it used to be, it still has a loyal and fairly active user base. I think it remains a platform with untapped potential for marketing and promotion.

I tested it a while back. The clicks were cheap, but the traffic quality wasn't great. If your goal is conversions, there are much better places to spend your budget.

running campaigns on dead platforms with dirt cheap CPC is just burning budget because that traffic is driven almost entirely by automated bot farms, offering zero conversion value and no real quality leads for your funne

Treat it more as an experiment than a serious traffic source.

Cheap CPC doesn't mean much if the traffic doesn't convert. I'd rather spend the budget on platforms with a more active audience.

Cheap cpc is nice but if the traffic doesn’t convert it’s just wasted money just test engagement first.
