Trying to make some money

I'm a full-stack developer with solid knowledge. I've been studying for over 4 years now and have learned multiple tools. I want to start making money, but freelancing feels difficult. Fiverr has very high competition, and on Upwork you usually need connections to get jobs. Looking for small businesses near me probably won’t work either since I’m not very social.


So I’m thinking of other ways to make money. I’m considering building a streaming website for films and series. I would either store thousands of files on a hard drive or use third-party links, then put ads on the site.

What I want to know is:

• Will this be expensive?
• Do I need high-end infrastructure?
• Is it even worth it in the first place?

The coding part is probably the easiest the real challenges are content rights, hosting costs and getting users to stay on the platform.
