Hello, been running adult sites over 3 years. From your screenshots, really nothing much happened, I don't see any drop - if the site is new, the initial "surge" if you can even call it that is just google seeing and testing out the site.
285 clicks over 3 months is really nothing in the adult niche.

You should be looking for someone to kickstart, grow your site plan a SEO strategy for the next 12 months - not analyze why it got hit.. There was nothing TO hit.
