Hey guys, I run an OFM agency, and I’m still pretty new to all the tech stuff. I feel like I still lack a lot of knowledge when it comes to this, so I wanted to ask for some advice.
I’m about to start building a phone farm for mass Instagram Reels posting, and I’d really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction and rate my current setup.

Right now I’m using Google Pixels with GrapheneOS. To start, I decided to test with only 10 accounts per phone, each separated by different graphene users. I’m not using any VPN or proxy just a SIM. Whenever I switch between profiles, I turn on airplane mode for 1–2 minutes and then turn it off so the mobile IP changes.

I already have content that has done millions of views on my main Instagram account. It grew from 0 to 140k followers in the first month, but I don’t want to rely on a single account because sooner or later it’s likely to get banned, and all my traffic will disappear. That actually happened to me before I went from around $40k/month to almost $0 overnight.

I give my VAs remote access through RustDesk and Vysor so they can log in and post on each account.

Does this sound like a solid setup for scaling, or are there any major things you think I should change or improve? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions

dont see how it could go wrong.

you can even have way more accounts per phone (hundreds) but its good to start small.

minor thing id add is a quick whatsmyip search before opening any apps to confirm the ip rotated from the last session (optional precaution since sometimes/rarely you can get re-allo'd the same one)

If you're just starting out building your farm, I think the number of accounts on one phone is quite high. You should only use 3 to 5 accounts on your SIM card, and don't use a rotating proxy; the risk is quite high.

It sounds like you already learned the hardest lesson... don’t depend on a single account for all your revenue. I’d put more effort into building a repeatable content strategy and backup channels alongside Instagram. Platforms change constantly, so diversification is key.

not necessarily. if he's already in the US, a standard mobile data plan from a local carrier is fine (like he's using right now) as long as he force-rotates the IP via toggling airplane mode (which he's doing)

I'd scale slowly though. It's much easier to spot problems with 10–20 accounts first than after you've already expanded a lot.

Your setup is solid. Just test the waters with a few accounts before scaling.

The Biggest lesson from my experience is to avoid putting everything into one platform, Building an email list or website alongside your social account's gives you a backup if an account gets restricted.

Your Hardware setup sounds organized, but I'd avoid scaling too aggressively at the Start. Testing on a small number of accounts and monitoring performance before expanding can save a lot of Headaches.
