Not in the UK. Traffic/Child offences will convicted. Rape, sadly, is extremely difficult to prove as we see constantly.

They'll spend the rest of their lives in jail eventually. It's not if, it's when - quite possibly serving consecutive sentences in multiple different countries.

The big cities are pretty much ghettos, and the thought police are out in force, arresting for political motivation.
