Hi all,
Here is the situation:
1. I have 3 websites each approximately 1 month old
2. all wordpress
3. all seo-d properly (onpage, etc)
4. each having around 1500 backlinks according to majestic seo
5. Linkwheel-d, Slow human traffic ordered, etc.
6. Keyword is an exact match of the domain
7. All 3 signed in for webmaster tool, sitemaps submitted, the whole 9 yards.
8. All 3 already indexed by G

And still not one of them ranking for the main keyword (each site is only optimized for one single keyword).
Is it too early for them to rank for keywords?
If yes, approximately when will i see some results?
Not if i was worried i will just keep on blasting, but still im curious.
Its clearly not the dance or sandbox because they are only 1 month old.

Thanks!

It depends on your niche, the competitors on you main keywords..
In my cases,, some go fast... 1 day go for on page 1 (for 10k SEOC, 50 SEOT keyword) some never show up.

1500 backlinks with proper anchor text? If so be patient, youll creep up in the SERPs. Sometimes it takes longer

It depends on your competition and your backlink power.

When you do backlinks in 5-10 days google will count your juice,if you dont move then you will need to backlink again.

I would say 25% is with anchor 75% with random names, no anchor.
Patience is not one of my virtues :)
But there are still some mysteries for me.
For example i ranked no 1. on google for the keyword california dating which is a pretty damn strong niche.
Was there for 3 months, have done nothing with my site.
Im still nowhere to be found in Bing.
So number one on G. and number nowhere for the same KW in Bing.
I've gotta call Bill Gates and talk to the man...

Even though your description to your websites analyses are very good
IS very hard to give you a good answer about rankings when we don't know
which keywords you are trying to rank for and the level of competition you are facing.

Big A$$ cities have too many variables.

All comments are positive, but without these pieces of information everything to this point is speculation.

Check to see what backlinks your competitors have and then either duplicate those backlinks if you can or get better or more backlinks than them!

If you already have all the on site SEO and it is not an authority site with loads of content and backlinks spread across the whole site then that alone will get you above them or at least directly under them and then it is just a case of getting more links until you do outrank them.

Anchor text is key, you want variations and different anchor texts.

So lets say we are promoting hairdryers.
You write in the name field: Susan Hairdryer or Best Hairdryer or Cheap Hairdryer?
of course if we wanted to rank for the keyword: Hairdryer.

Obviously these will have a much lower acceptance rate than regular names like: Susan Witmore, Melissa Stevens, etc.

So this is how you rotate your anchor text? You mix names with the keyword or you just mix the anchor WITH THE KEYWORD IN IT? Like "Hairdryer which works" or sg?
Thanks!

Anchor text is key, you want variations and different anchor texts.

Angela from angelas links says otherwise, she has all the links exactly the same for angela and still ranks # 1, so i dont think you need to alter variations unless you want to to get different rankings.

2 months old pages now, one with more than 3500 backlinks (PR0-PR8), still nowhere to be found on google.
I would be satisfied if for example SEO centro puts me on position number 42342, i don't care i just want to see if i rank for my keyword.
And again i have 3 pages.
Is it possible that wordpres pages rank much slower than "regular" ones?
My other page i SEO-d a year ago got on number 5 (first page) in 45 days.
And that one was a pretty tough keyword as well.
Please let me know what to do besides waiting for the baked bird to fly into my mouth of course :)
Any of you had this kind of problem?
Thanks!

weird, i can usually rank my websites in 1 to 3 weeks, and page 1 in less then 3 months, pm me the keywords and your website if you like and i would gladly analyze them.

Well i have about four websites that i ranked 1 - 2 second page in less than a week for the keyword i was ranking for with competiton of about 500k to 1mill. Only sad that the traffic i expected was from a broad match instead of exact match so traffic is only a few, anyway i bought 18 new domains and will try to rank all of them for exact match...if i can get at least half there then i will be satisfied.
