Is the 31M IP pool still active and regularly refreshed? I’d also like to know whether sticky sessions are supported and how long the same IP can be maintained.

Hello, I placed an order for the 50GB plan on the 10th, which was priced at $37.50. However, a total of $175 was deducted from my account after payment — this is much higher than the listed price.

We have upgraded our products and brought many updates such as:

• a new pool of 205M+ residential IPs, compared to the old one of 31M
• advanced geo-targeting: you can now geo target by country, region, city or ASN
• advanced session management: you can now get a new IP for each request, or use session ids for keeping the same IP for a desired time period (we recommend the maximum length to be under 30 minutes)
• overall speed and reliability improvement

I originally bought the 50GB plan for testing and upgraded to the 200GB plan as the quota was insufficient.
My dashboard shows two conflicting dates: bandwidth resets on Aug 13 (original 50GB cycle), while the renewal date is Aug 28.
Could you confirm:
Will my remaining 178.84GB traffic be cleared on Aug 13?
Why are these two dates different after upgrading?
I expected upgrading to a higher tier would start a new monthly bandwidth cycle from the upgrade date. Thank you.

Hello! The correct date is August 28 for both renewal and bandwidth reset. We have fixed the display issue.
