Mostly for gathering competitor URLs, looking for guest post openings, digging into resource pages, adding to business directories, browsing forums, and checking out contact pages. It’s pretty much used for SEO research and outreach, not really for direct link building these days.

I don't think so, It's not perfect for SEO in 2026. But yes, other scrapping works very good.
