I think lot of people say they want to improve their life but deep down they are comfortable staying the same.
Change sounds good in words but in action most people avoid it.
Agree or not ?

100% agree, it applies to so many things in life.

Women wanting a healthy relationship but putting in zero effort (Not just into the relationship but also into themselves, so they can actually be capable of being healthy)
People wanting to get rich but then wasting time drinking and partying instead
Everyone wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die :D

100%.

You see this on the socials all the time.

So they attack people who are successful/fit because it makes them feel like they "won" at something.

Disagree. This is a bullshit arguement.

Most people want change, but just don't have the zeal, motivation or energy to do work required. Lacking the zeal, motivation and enthusiasm needed to do something does not equate to not wanting that thing done.

you can improve your life without changing anything. . .there is no need to CHANGE yourself . . unless of course something is wrong.

You will always be You. And that can never change. So stop trying.

Improve your life could be something as trivial as not staying up too late, or begin jogging/exercise or even 1 less sugar in your coffee. Or stop watching useless videos all day...

Don't be too critical OP.
Unless of course you are talking about yourself, if that's the case.. GO FOR IT! :p

Yeah people actually want change but they don't want to go with the discomfort that comes with it.

agree , uncomfortable make us transition from down to up.

Disagree. Fear of failure holds people back more than comfort does

Agree mostly comfort with the known usually beats fear of the unknown, even when the known kind of sucks.

I'm of the camp that quite a lot of people would like to change a fair bit about their lives, up until they see the effort it takes to make that change real. I suppose you can chalk a bit of that up to comfort.

Want real change, sell everything you have that does not fit in two cases, move to a new city/country and start over. BTW, you are never to old to do it. Change is good.
