Today I am going to tell you my whole method how i made this one sale today on 7/7/2026.
You can copy paste my method and make sales too. Works for me no reason why it will not for you.
Original unsaturated method. Never revailed before and best part it cost me $0. Here we go.

The core idea behind this method is we are going to find working clickbank native and facebook ads, copy them/inspire by them and paste/create them as a side bar banner and exit popup banner on our website(s).
You are going to run native ads on your websites for free. Ads that are working for other affiliates who are paying arms and legs to taboola and facebook.

1) get a free trial of spyhero. !important you must be able to cancel it within 7 days or else it will hit your credit card with a monthly charge. If you dont know how get a groupbuy.
2) find the facebook ads and native ads relate to your website(s)'s niche(s) and save the image and the call action of the ad.
3) to keep it simple right click the ad and save image and name the image file as the call to action.
4) you have 2 options here get inspired by the ad image and create your own similar image with gemini pro or canva pro.
or
use ads image and CTA as is, this is risky, do it at your own risk.
5) add those ad images with CTA on your website's sidebar and exit popup. I add like 3-4 images on the side bar and 1 on exit intent popup.
Do it on all your websites.
6)Link the images to your affiliate links (obviously) and make sales.

If I'm starting from scratch today and don't have a website, what is your number one recommendation for getting that initial traffic to even show these banners to?

Without website(s) social media, youtube or parasites are your 3 options for clickbank.

This is basically banner arbitrage on your own organic traffic. works alright if you have a bunch of informational sites with decent volume but low buyer intent. only issue is those native style ads can be pretty aggressive and might tank your user metrics if you go too heavy on the exit popups... @IM Dude do you find this hurts your main ad revenue if you are already running something like adsense on the site?

No it does not hurt adsense. I run both on few sites. Exit popup is a must on all sites, it is known to increase dwell time and decrease bounce rate. You are basically gaming google algo and so google will of course say not to use it.

It works better if the website's niche matches with that of the clickbank products. Otherwise, it'll have low clicks & negligible conversions due to lack of buyer intent. You can be a little creative and slip these banners in your own product reviews, parasites, social media posts, etc. to blend them like native ads.

Exactly, the problem with 2nd option is that you would want to do this article by article or the conversion will be low. The reader will be reading something and suddenly unrelated banner comes up if you do it for whole site. And I already have text links which have higher conversion.
with side bar its different, reader is not in the reading mode and does not get annoyed, you wanna catch the attention and turn it into curiosity and curiosity into click and conversion which is what native ad is.

@The WP Nerd makes a good point about the user metrics. tbh exit popups can be a double edged sword... sometimes they just piss people off and they never come back, but if the traffic is cold informational anyway then who cares about brand loyalty.

The real issue is what kind of native ads you are ripping. if you copy those crazy weight loss or crypto native ads and run them next to adsense, google will eventually flag your account for policy violations. they hate misleading layout designs.

If you are going to do this, stick to cleaner advertorial styles or at least make sure the landing page you bridge them to is somewhat compliant. @IM Dude have you had any accounts banned doing this long term? usually adsense gets touchy after a few months of heavy exit intent redirects.

No man I don't have adsense account banned. Clickbank don't have crypto offers to begin with. As far as weight loss is concerned there is no evidence adsense will ban for weight loss banners.
Here is the Sarina Williams weightloss ads on super bowl, it's a superbowl weightloss ad:

For those who don't know what superbowl ad is its the very very expansive ad spot if not the most expansive ad spot in the whole world. 4 million dollars for 30 seconds:

Seems like everyone is overlooking one massive detail here... mobile traffic. Most info sites get at least 70% mobile hits now. Sidebars dont even show up on mobile, they just get pushed to the very bottom of the page where nobody scrolls. So you are basically relying entirely on the exit popup for mobile users. And running aggressive exit redirects or popups on mobile is a fast way to get hit by the intrusive interstitials penalty. @IM Dude have you actually checked your mobile vs desktop conversion split on this? I bet the desktop traffic is carrying the whole setup.

Most of the clickbank sales happen on desktop. The target demographics is boomers - born before 1965. Geo 100% USA.
Don't worry about mobile or mobile first.

yeah desktop is doing the heavy lifting here, but i wouldn’t write off mobile completely... even with that boomer demo a plain sticky footer or one inline box usually beats a dead sidebar, and it’s a lot less annoying than forcing popups everywhere. the mistake people make is going full aggressive on every device, then wondering why the site feels trash. split by device, test a bit, and keep the mobile side clean.
