I'm looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant for a long-term position.

I own multiple online businesses in digital marketing, eCommerce, software, and retail, so the work is always changing. I'm looking for someone who can become part of the team and grow with the business.

Responsibilities may include:

• Data entry
• Research
• WordPress updates
• Shopify product management
• Basic image editing (Canva/Photoshop)
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Social media posting
• Customer support
• Spreadsheet management
• Testing websites and software
• General administrative tasks
• Other miscellaneous business tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent English
• Reliable internet and computer
• Available 40 hours per week
• Fast learner
• Detail-oriented
• Able to follow SOPs and instructions
• Comfortable learning new software
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
