Where do I find workers that qualify for this?

Hey guys. I'm looking for a few workers, but not from BHW. Do you know of any sites where I can easily find worker who:
Don't know much about IM (won't steal my ideas)
Will work for 2.5$/hour
Don't mind working with e-whoring (that is, browsing pron sites all day)

Do you know of any such site? Would be great.

Yes ... freelancer, Guru, odesk, elance are some good sites to find workers and you don't have to worry about them stealing your ideas.

freelancer is pricey and loaded with teams of workers who will upsell you even after they agree on the project at a set price. tbh, outsourcing to india seems like a minefield in much the same way buying from china is. I am dealing with some very testy web designers now who just seem to become more and more reluctant with every change I suggest.

I'm thinking the phillipines is the best place these days for native speakers on-line. Very professional and they don't seem to mind porn too much.

post your job on elance and find a guy from eastern europe like from romania, poland or bulgaria. these guys are cheap and reliebale from my experience and elance gives you "safe" environment for the case that the work might not be delivered (milestones, escrow, etc.)

I'm looking for something that isn't as complicated as all those sites - I'm looking for somewhere where I can just develop a trust relation, talk to the workers via MSN and pay them through PayPal. But I think I'll give elance a chance, or perhaps some of the other ones too.. Thanks for the answers!

Odesk - the best I ever worked with. Good guys, just lazy, but take like 1-2 bucks an hour...

Sounds good. So far I'm pretty satisfied with the guy from the Fillipines who contacted me here. He's too damn polite and professional
And there's been a couple other like him contacting me too now, so I guess that'll be enough for now. But if I want to expand I think I'll check out oDesk. Is it messy to get things set up there, or is it easy enough?
