Any article submitters?

I'm not sure if this is the right section or not but is there anyone who has good experience with a Freelancer (or under Services for Sale) for articles submission, for a fair price?

I know "fair" is quite ambiguous but if there are any threads that are already existing that provide it, I'd like to check it out.

I'm looking in particular for someone who can submit to the sites at vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php

My articles are in the make money online, internet marketing niche - so directories which are about pet care, golf, travel, country specific (like DallasArticles, CarolinaArticles, etc) don't apply.

Feel free to post your replies as to what you can provide... who knows - there may be others like me looking for what you can provide =)
