Yes, port 25 is open on our VPS servers, and you can use it for bulk mailing, provided the emails are legitimate and comply with anti-spam rules.
Port 25 is mainly used for SMTP email sending. You can configure your mail server or mailing software on the VPS and send emails through it. For better delivery, we also recommend setting up proper DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and rDNS/PTR.
Billing is monthly, not hourly. VPS pricing starts from $14.90 per month, depending on the server specifications and location you choose.
