check out the marketplace. for that price though i dont think you can buy a proxy. you might have more luck using the free trials the marketplace sellers provide

A $1 budget will make it difficult to find clean ISP proxies for a full month. I'd focus on providers that offer a trial or small starter plan first. In my experience, IP quality matters much more than finding the absolute cheapest option.

At 1 dollar I would stop expecting premium anything. I would rather buy 1 decent IP on a short plan and test it than burn time on super cheap bad IPs.

In reality, for that price, there are no proxies that are clean enough for the survey.
