Just to clarify, I'm not saying that I pay the fastest, but I do specialize in certain offers and I offer pretty competitive terms and payout with them. That and it's always nice to deal with a fellow blackhatter. ;)

Checkmate, they're able to do this because they have the cash to float it...plus they check traffic quality to minimize risk...thats also what the fee is for.

yup they do a quality check on your traffic and they will message with question so if you blackhattong cover your ass good and have plenty of ansers ready
 
Brokering offers can be a bitch and there are plenty of these networks out there, popping up all over the place with a Hasoffer back end. Most of these network owners can't afford their apartment rent and started a CPA network as a means of replacing their own failed CPA campaign attempts. Others are huge, but yet are shady assholes that will steal your landing pages or just ban you and take your money. I know that people want the quickest payment and some even early issued with a % fee. Problem is that most advertisers want to see some REAL quality leads before paying you weekly and even then you will have scrubs and problems with people using a gateway that violates some copyright. And it really is always something with those types of offers. Advertisers are always pausing campaigns, having tracking issues and the occasional complaint on a sub ID. It really is what it is. I know what other networks are getting paid for these offers and you're all being raped btw.

If you use my network as a means for fulfilling your need to run a mainstream offer or specific one, you can expect that I have your back when it comes to dealing with issues that could arise from your traffic. Be upfront, I'll tell you how it is and if it'll work. If I can't beat the payout of another network, I'll tell you. I talk to people all day about CPA and enjoy every minute of it. I will never and have never scrubbed and you can call me anytime if you want something added or are just looking for a better deal on something you're already running.

Honestly, if you do over or close to $1k per week on any offer and its quality traffic that you're sending, you should try to get in direct with the advertiser first. If not, then go with a network that you can trust and preferably the one owned by a Blackhatworld admin. ;)

Is there any advantage to a BH'er to start a hasoffers type of network-- Pad our BH-OPs with the legit traffic from other publishers?
 
I run a private cpa network in which we pay weekly on some offers and biweekly on others just like Profecker's network. We specialize in email submits and credit reports.
