Every month I compile a fresh list of US local businesses (about 50-60k websites) that:
Basically a digital phone book sorted by niche — you pick your industry, grab the list and start calling or emailing.
My thinking is that 12 month old businesses are the sweet spot — they survived the hardest first year so they have money, but they're still hungry for growth and not yet optimized. Perfect timing for a PPC pitch.
Volume is around 50-60k fresh websites per month.
Would you pay monthly for this? What would you actually pay? What sales channels would you use to sell this kind of data? Or will this idea even survive in the modern market?

- Have NO Google Tag Manager

- Have email
- Are segregated by niche
