Are there any sites/tool to check if a dedicated proxy was not trashed/blacklisted? Some sort of history checker for proxy IP history?

A proxy is historical validation is imposible because its reputation depends on how it will be used and what for whom it wil used. there is only one way to check it directly try to log in and observe the latency and frequncy of captcha or block acces.
