Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.

My name is Lukas12. On 18 May 2026 I purchased 18 aged YouTube accounts from your store. I paid via Litecoin. This was not a small purchase for me. As a student, this represented a significant portion of the limited money I had saved through hard work and sacrifice. I bought these accounts with the genuine intention of using them to build content, grow channels, and try to create some income for myself while studying.

I am writing this message after weeks of frustration, wasted time, and repeated failed attempts to resolve the issue. I have tried to remain patient and follow your instructions exactly. However, your responses have been dismissive, evasive, and completely failed to address the core problem. Therefore, I am now formally demanding a full refund for the accounts that were sold to me in a defective, non-usable state.

Timeline and Facts (with Evidence)
18 May 2026: I purchased the 18 accounts. I even asked about the price including fees and tried to use a BHW discount code (which did not work, but I proceeded anyway because I trusted your store).
18 June 2026 (exactly one month later): This was the first realistic opportunity I had to test and log into the accounts due to my studies and schedule. The moment I tried to log into the first account, I received serious warnings and restrictions.

Multiple accounts immediately showed:

“Account access cannot be restored (multiple accounts)”
Camera verification / advanced captcha that could not be passed even after normal captcha was completed
General disabled account warnings

I immediately started appealing as per your own guide (the one you forwarded to me about clicking “Start appeal” and using AI-generated messages). I did this multiple times for every affected account, using detailed, well-written AI-generated appeal texts. I even asked you for better appeal tactics and a sample 99% recovery letter — you never provided one.
Result: Out of 18 accounts, 14 are completely non-functional. Only 4 showed any signs of working, and even those had major issues. Of the working ones, only 1 was recovered after appeals; the other 3 were already active or partially usable. I have not used any of the 14 problematic accounts for any activity. I offered to let you keep the 4 that work if it helps resolve this — I simply want my money back for the defective ones.
Crucially, evidence from the accounts themselves (creation dates, activity history, and the nature of the restrictions) shows that many of these accounts were already deactivated or restricted well before I purchased them — some as early as early May 2026 (around 7 May), nearly two weeks before you sold them to me on 18 May. I have kept records of all login attempts, appeal submissions, and account details.

I provided you with full credentials for the accounts in previous messages, including:

Login emails and passwords
Recovery emails
Phone numbers (linked to sms222.us)
Associated YouTube channel links
All other recovery information

You have everything needed to verify what I am saying.
Legal and Consumer Rights Arguments
Pre-existing defects void any “sold as is / no warranty” disclaimer. You cannot sell a product that is already broken or unusable and then hide behind “no warranty.” Warranties (or lack thereof) typically cover issues that arise after normal use by the buyer. Here, the accounts were already disabled or access-restricted before I ever received them. This is not a post-purchase problem caused by my actions — it is a fundamental defect that existed at the time of sale.
Misrepresentation and lack of disclosure. Your product listings did not clearly state that a large percentage of accounts may already be banned, may have permanent camera captcha blocks, or may be non-recoverable. There was zero warning about the high risk of “Account access cannot be restored” errors. Selling “aged accounts” implies they are functional and ready for use. If the cheap price means extremely high risk of being dead accounts, that risk should have been explicitly and prominently disclosed. Failure to do so is deceptive.
Fitness for purpose. The entire purpose of buying aged YouTube accounts is to be able to log in and use them (for content, monetization, etc.). If I cannot even complete the login process due to pre-existing bans and broken verification systems, the accounts are unfit for purpose. In most consumer protection frameworks (including principles recognized in the US, EU, and many other jurisdictions), selling goods that are not of satisfactory quality or fit for their intended purpose gives the buyer the right to a remedy — including refund.
Reasonable time to discover the defect. You argue that I contacted you “1 month later.” However:
1. I contacted you the same day I first had the chance to test the accounts (18 June).

2. The defects were pre-existing — they did not appear because of anything I did after purchase.
3. No reasonable person expects to test 18 accounts the exact second after purchase, especially as a busy student. Many legitimate stores give reasonable time to discover hidden defects.
Your own actions contradict your position. You told me to keep appealing and use better AI text. I did exactly that — repeatedly. When that failed, you blamed me instead of acknowledging that the accounts were likely permanently disabled before sale. A 99% recovery rate claim is meaningless if it does not apply to accounts that were already dead when sold.
By continuing to sell accounts in this condition without proper disclosure and then refusing to stand behind them, your business practices raise serious concerns about misrepresentation and unfair trading.
Moral and Ethical Issues
Beyond the legal points, there is a clear moral failure here:
You took money from a student who was investing his last savings in an attempt to build something for his future. Instead of treating this as a serious customer service issue, your responses have been:
1. Dismissive (“never buy from us again”)
2. Accusatory (claiming I am “spamming” when I was simply providing evidence and asking for resolution after days of effort)
3. Evasive (ignoring my specific questions and repeating the same generic advice)
This is not how any ethical business should treat a customer — especially not a young person trying to make ends meet while studying. The aged accounts market already operates in a gray area. Stores that sell non-functional products and then gaslight customers who complain damage the reputation of everyone in this space and exploit trust.
I bought from you in good faith. I followed every instruction. I invested my limited time and money. In return, I received defective goods and disrespectful treatment.
Emotional and Personal Impact

I want you to understand what this has done to me:

As a student, every dollar matters. I saved carefully for this purchase because I believed it could help me create opportunities. Instead, I have spent weeks of my limited free time writing appeals, taking screenshots, organizing evidence, and messaging support — all while my studies continue. The stress has been significant. The feeling of being scammed by a seller who refuses to acknowledge obvious pre-existing defects is deeply frustrating and demoralizing.

I am not a large company or reseller trying to exploit a system. I am one individual who put his trust (and money) in your store. The fact that you can so easily dismiss this and tell me to “keep appealing until recovery” while knowing the accounts were likely already gone before I bought them shows a complete lack of empathy or accountability.
My Clear Demand

I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for these 18 accounts (or at minimum a full refund for the 14 completely non-functional accounts).

I am even willing to let you keep the 4 accounts that showed any signs of working, as I stated earlier. I have not used the 14 problematic accounts at all. I simply want my money returned for the defective products you sold me.

I have extensive evidence:

Order confirmation and payment records (Litecoin charge ID included)
Full account credentials I sent you earlier
Dozens of screenshots showing login errors, “Account access cannot be restored”, camera captcha failures, appeal rejections, and account metadata proving pre-existing issues
Complete chat history showing my good-faith efforts and your responses

I would much prefer to resolve this privately and amicably. I gave you multiple opportunities to do so. A simple refund for the defective accounts would have ended this matter days ago and possibly kept me as a customer. Instead, your handling of this has made that impossible.
I am asking you one final time, in good faith: Process a full refund for the non-working accounts immediately. I know I am right about this. The evidence is overwhelming. The accounts were sold in a defective condition. Pre-existing deactivation is not something a buyer should have to “appeal until recovery” for.
Please confirm within the next 48 hours that you will issue the refund. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary, but I hope you will choose to do the right thing.
Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your message and positive response.
Best regards,
Lukas

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.

I have made extensive, good-faith efforts to resolve this issue over the past several days before reaching this point. Here is a clear and chronological summary of everything I have done:
1. Discovery of the Problem (18 June 2026)
On 18 June 2026, this was the first opportunity I had to log into the accounts I purchased on 18 May 2026. The moment I tried to access the first account, I immediately received serious warnings and restrictions, including:

“Account access cannot be restored (multiple accounts)”
Inability to pass the camera/advanced captcha verification (even after completing the normal captcha)
General disabled account messages

I documented everything with screenshots right away.

Immediate Action – Following Your Official Guide
As soon as I saw the problems, I followed the exact recovery instructions you previously sent me in this chat (the message from “AgedProfiles.com - Guides” dated 12.04.2024). I clicked “Start appeal” on every affected account and submitted detailed appeals. I used well-written, AI-generated appeal messages as you recommended

Multiple Appeal Attempts Over Several Days.
Between 18 June and 21 June 2026, I repeatedly appealed all 14 problematic accounts. I did not stop after the first rejection. I submitted new, more detailed appeals multiple times for each account. I even asked you directly in this chat for better appeal tactics and a sample “99% recovery” letter so I could improve my chances — unfortunately, you did not provide one.

Full Transparency and Evidence Provided
I immediately shared complete account details with you, including:

Login emails and passwords
Recovery emails
Phone numbers (connected to sms222.us)
Associated YouTube channel links
All other recovery information

I also sent dozens of clear screenshots showing:

The exact error messages I received upon login
The camera captcha failures
The “Account access cannot be restored” warnings
My appeal submissions and their rejections
Account information that proves many of these accounts were already restricted or deactivated before I purchased them (some issues trace back to early May 2026)

Following All Instructions You Gave Me
I strictly followed every piece of advice you provided:

I used AI to generate appeal texts
I kept appealing even after initial rejections
I closed and reopened the browser as you suggested
I tried logging in again on different days
I waited patiently and gave the appeals time to process

Despite doing everything exactly as instructed, 14 out of 18 accounts remain completely unusable.

Clear Communication of My Position
From the very first messages on 18 June, I clearly explained the situation and asked for a resolution. When appeals kept failing, I explained that:

These accounts appear to have been sold in a defective state (pre-existing deactivation)
I have not used any of the 14 non-working accounts
I am a student who invested my limited savings into this purchase

I gave you multiple opportunities to resolve this amicably (including offering to keep only the working accounts and refund the rest). Instead of addressing the core issue of pre-existing defects, the responses I received were dismissive and repetitive.
Summary
Before sending my formal refund request, I had already:

Discovered the problems on the first day I could test the accounts
Followed your official appeal guide step-by-step
Submitted multiple detailed appeals over several days
Provided full credentials and extensive screenshot evidence
Asked for better recovery advice
Patiently waited and retried as instructed

Only after all these efforts failed did I escalate to requesting a refund. I have acted responsibly and in good faith throughout this process. The accounts were sold to me in a non-functional condition, and no amount of appealing has changed that fact.
I have attached (or can re-send) all relevant screenshots and records if needed.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?

Here's a clear, professional, and strategic answer you can use for the question:

"What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?"

Recommended Response (Copy & Paste):

I am looking for a full refund for the accounts I purchased.

My preferred outcome:
A complete refund for all 18 accounts I bought on 18 May 2026 (Order ID: 76a6beb3-2690-4675-aa2f-29c4b9544cba).

My acceptable / minimum outcome:
If a full refund for all 18 is not possible, I am willing to accept a refund for the 14 non-working accounts. In that case, I am prepared to let the seller keep the remaining 4 accounts (even though I have not used them either).
Why this outcome is fair:

14 out of the 18 accounts I received are completely unusable. They show “Account access cannot be restored”, fail camera verification, and were already restricted or deactivated before I purchased them.
I have not used any of the 14 defective accounts for any purpose.
I followed every recovery instruction given by the seller (multiple appeals using AI-generated texts, trying on different days, etc.), but these 14 accounts remain non-functional.
The 4 accounts that work are the only ones that have any value. I am willing to forgo even those if it helps reach a fair resolution.

I am not asking for anything beyond what is reasonable. I simply do not want to pay for accounts that were sold to me in a defective and non-usable condition. A refund for the 14 non-working accounts (or ideally all 18) would be a fair and just outcome.

I have provided extensive evidence, including full account credentials and dozens of screenshots, throughout this conversation.

We only have 7 days replacement warranty for normal priced accounts, after that, warranty is void because it’s no longer within the reasonable time frame. most store only has 1 day warranty even, more than a month is too long of a time has already passed, a lot has already happened. long time warranty will be abused by users.

This user also purchased a product which is priced very low that has no warranty in the first place because they are very cheap, the lowest possible price type in our store.

An account could only be disabled today but show a different month, e.a march/april on the page so it's not accurate.

It's your responsibility to check accounts right away and create a query within a few days or week at least so we can help you if any issue. NOT AFTER A MONTH.

We can't stress this enough, If it was within a week, we could do something about it but more than a month is no longer reasonable, no seller has that long of a time warranty for aged accounts because it will be abused.

We apologize for this, we were replying to what the user mentioned on the thread, we also also replied to their telegram about taking a screenshot of the disabled page and uploading to chatgpt to get better appeal messages already before.

If you have evidence of this then by all means add it here.

Since user is not replying to the thread i will conlude with this

If a user purchases an aged account from us and makes an excuse of only logging into the account 1 year later, does that mean we still have to cover their warranty after 1 year has already passed? That’s unreasonable. The warranty period is there for a reason to avoid abuse.

No matter what the excuses are it’s already way beyond our reasonable replacement warranty period, we will not let anyone abuse our replacement warranty.

Not to mention the user even purchased the lowest possible price type accounts THAT HAS NO WARRANTY IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY CHEAP, THEY ARE VERY CHEAP FOR A REASON.

We already replied to the user on telegram how to fix the issues themselves before since the replacement warranty already expired long time ago. The user is also not showing the whole conversation in this thead and only showing a few messages to make a story in their favor, trying to use the forum to change the warranty.

The user has to keep appealing on their own until recovery, replacement warranty has already expired, the product they purchased doesn’t even have a warranty in the first place because it’s the cheapest account type we have unlike the normal priced accounts with 7 days warranty, it’s mentioned on the sales thread itself and product descriptions.

So you don't have evidence of this? Because you haven't presented anything.

The user keeps arguing back and forth on telegram, it doesn't change our replacement warranty so we didn't include it, if they have a case they are supposed to be the one providing the screenshots.

Firstly, this isn't evidence to counter what the accuser has presented so we won't be considering it.

Secondly, when did this exchange take place? Because we could not be clearer - ALL communication during a dispute takes place between the two parties ONLY in the dispute thread.

1. We only have 7 days replacement warranty from our bhw sales thread.

2. The product that user purchased has no warranty, stated on the product description itself.

3. The user themselves mentioned on their own dispute that they only messaged us 1 month later, which is way over the warranty period.

4, User is arguing about replacement way beyond our warranty period, which is not reasonable so we said no, then he started threatening us with disputes, report to legal authorities and causing negative reviews on social media.

I'm already getting tired of you answering questions that I didn't ask and presenting evidence I didn't ask for. So I'm going to direct you to answer the next two questions ONLY.

1) You said above that the accuser had omitted segments of your conversations. Do you have evidence of this or not?

2) I asked you when the last communication was between you both outside of this dispute thread.

1. We only mentioned that he has not provided the full conversation history and only took bits of screenshots, like the one i uploaded above was not included for example, that itself is the evidence.

2. June 21 or 22 i think was the last conversation, that was when he started threatening us with disputes, report to legal authorities and causing negative reviews on social media.

He specifically added these warnings—including the one on his own site—recently. I have proof in the form of screenshots, and I sent them to him at the time. I believe I’ve already explained in detail that it doesn’t make a difference whether the accounts are expensive or cheap, and I’ve outlined the issues thoroughly. The seller’s arguments are very inadequate and fall short both ethically and legally. The third image is from May 18; the others are from June 20. It doesn't matter whether it was 1 month, 1 year, or 1 week, because the accounts were closed two weeks before they were sold to me—a fact that was clearly established from the very beginning. It's also very interesting that he changed the sales warnings. (I have no proof that he changed them on the Blackhatworld forum, but there were definitely no warnings on his own website—I provided proof of that.)

We apologize for this, we were replying to what the user mentioned on the thread, we also also replied to their telegram about taking a screenshot of the disabled page and uploading to chatgpt to get better appeal messages already before.
I filed a dispute 2–3 times using both ChatGPT and Gemini, but it never went through. I asked the seller several times to send me a proper dispute letter, but I never received a response because the accounts had been closed. Supposedly, 99% of them are resolved, but they never sent me a dispute letter.

User is selectively showing screenshots that only supports their case and not showing all of our replies which explains everything.
I’ve explained all the details in full; I can send you the entire Telegram chat, and I took a screenshot of the first sale—the date was May 18, and there were no warnings.

Since user is not replying to the thread i will conlude with this

The user is also not showing the whole conversation in this thead and only showing a few messages to make a story in their favor, trying to use the forum to change the warranty.

The user has to keep appealing on their own until recovery, replacement warranty has already expired, the product they purchased doesn’t even have a warranty in the first place because it’s the cheapest account type we have unlike the normal priced accounts with 7 days warranty, it’s mentioned on the sales thread itself and product descriptions.
I’ve already addressed all the seller’s arguments in my replies, and contrary to what the seller claims, they sent me messages 2–3 times saying things like “You’re threatening me.” I asked for examples of these messages, but they never responded. Now they’re saying I’m taking the issue in a different direction, but in reality, they’re just proving how weak their sales policy is—both legally and ethically. It hasn’t been a year—it’s been one month—but the issue isn’t about one month or one year. The problem is that the accounts were already closed two weeks before they were sold to me. Look, it’s not just a few accounts—15 out of 18 were sold while they were closed. I also shared evidence showing that they were closed on May 7, specifying the exact date they were closed, and there’s also information on when I first logged into the first account.

The user keeps arguing back and forth on telegram, it doesn't change our replacement warranty so we didn't include it, if they have a case they are supposed to be the one providing the screenshots.
From the very beginning of the incident, I responded calmly and politely, providing evidence; I also wrote to the seller to inform them and did everything I could to resolve the issue. I demonstrated how eager I was to find a solution both in my messages and through my behavior, but the seller was not willing to resolve the issue because, despite my asking 2–3 times, they did not send even the simplest statement of objection and never answered my questions.

Firstly, this isn't evidence to counter what the accuser has presented so we won't be considering it.

Secondly, when did this exchange take place? Because we could not be clearer - ALL communication during a dispute takes place between the two parties ONLY in the dispute thread.
I wrote on May 18 and purchased 18 accounts. There was no warning or prior notice, and nothing was mentioned about it either. Since I was busy with work, I assumed I had been sold regular accounts, so I didn’t log in to them for a month—until June 18. On June 18, I tried to log in and saw a message stating that the accounts on May 7, 2026. I messaged the seller immediately upon seeing this. I tried logging into all the accounts one by one, provided information about the accounts, and read and followed the help messages, but the instructions were incomplete. The seller had sent me a ready-made set of instructions, which I followed three times, but the issue wasn’t resolved, and the seller didn’t answer my questions. This continued from June 18 to June 21 Our communication and my attempts continued, but the issue remained unresolved, so I was forced to seek help here.

I’ve downloaded all the correspondence and can provide it. I didn’t share the parts of the messages I didn’t take screenshots of because they contained account information, so as not to harm the seller. But if you’d like, I can share all the Telegram messages. I never made any threats. What do you mean by “threat”? I provided explanations to the seller regarding the refund and made reasonable arguments. But when that didn’t lead to a resolution, I made it clear that I would defend my rights—both by opening a thread here and, if necessary, by sharing my own comments with others. This is called defending one’s rights, and it is completely legal.

The replacement warranty is included on the bhw sales thread itself and the product descriptions, we only have 7 days warranty for normal type accounts, the user purchased an account with no warranty (stated on product descriptions, screenshots above) yet they are arguing for a 1 month replacement and threatening us with disputes/negative reviews if not.

The warranty has already expired, the user themselves mentioned on their own dispute, that they only messaged us 1 month later, so that itself is the evidence.
I have fully addressed all of the seller's arguments, so the seller is not presenting any additional arguments.

There is evidence that the accounts were closed on May 7; this warning also appears on the other 15 accounts.
