Are there actually suppliers that can give you accounts that can post inside of pages / groups?

Nobody can ensure that the account will be able to post on groups, first of all, this kind of activity is outrated and prohibited, so the results are very small, also depends what kind of groups, usually people dont like to see cold links in the groups from unknown accounts, they only enjoy groups for chat and interaction, if you are not interacting with them and only post links, you are will be kicked out quickly.
I am looking to post about specific things not spam random urls and pictures.
The Q i am asking is not whether this method works or if i will be kicked out of groups.
The Q is are there any suppliers who actually sell solid accs.

That's difficult. Because the groups you want to post in require you to join that group and require moderation by the administrator of each group, so they can't guarantee that that account can post to all the groups you want. That's not feasible and it's easy to spam accounts.

If you receive a promise that the account can log in to all groups, that's a lie, or you should be cautious.
