Pro's:
I just received my report and found it to be very clear, organized, and easy to read. I also checked out all the links and the PR was on the inner pages, just as advertised. One of the links turned out to be a PR4 and I told Mike about it. It has been less than 20 minutes and he already replaced the link!

Con's:
All of the high PR pages are spammed to death. The comments left were short and to the point, however they were on topic but the links could have been placed a little more cleverly.

Conclusion:
Although its too soon to see SERP improvements, I will definitely order from Mike again in the future and can saw with full confidence that he has redeemed himself
