Staying awake at the keyboard...how do you do it?

8 hours of straight work. fresh air, visit the family, few more hours here and there, sleep, rinse and repeat

coffee+redbull+cigars = 24hours of work :) however, i alway find time for sleeping as well. so, here's what i do...i go to work ta 8am, work till 5pm then work online till 4-5am
coffee is my friend :)

vocal trance, pepsi,andy capp's hot fries,beef jerky :)

I use binaurals. They work extremely well. Use volume one first to get your brian used to them, then move on to the other volumes. The energy & mental caffeine one is fantastic.

In particular, I use Stephen Pierce's Optimindzation series. Go to his site to read about it and determine the order of the files.

Yessss... YouTube. The $1.5bn procrastination tool! :D

For me every 2 hours solid work, I do some weights for 10 mins and go for a 5 min power walk down the road. There is something n getting out of the house even for a few minutes.

Eye drops are good too when your lids feel heavy
