Members subpage should have special, hardcoded tab "Memorial"

You know what' I am talking about. This forum in time will need it not only for one member.
We are sitting here for 20 years, forum will survive next 20 years or more.

I can't find the moderator's exact posts anymore because I don't remember who posted them years ago, but it has been suggested before.

Sorry for taking too long to come back to this thread.

We've been discussing what we want to do. Very soon we will be giving BTB's account the "In Memoriam" title. As far as putting a "In Memoriam" type block on the members page, adding a forum area where we can put a thread, or other. It's going to take a little time because we have questions we need to answer internally like "is this only for staff?" "do we include past members?" "how do we verify if we put community members on it?".

But know we will do something in the near future.
